The Hotel:

The privately owned and operated Romantic Hotel Tennerhof is the first five star house in Kitzbühel. The building, a former farm house dating back to 1679, combines romantic and international flair with the comfort and service of a luxury home. From the first moment you will feel our traditional values: hospitality, warmth, cosiness and individuality, just how no one room resembles another. In the course of the years every room and suite has been furnished exquisitely with antiques from the family's collection.

Rooms:

"Tiroler Landhausstile" (Tyrolean country style) is probably the best word for the general style. You can expect antique wood ceilings, tiled stoves and open fireplaces filled with antiques from the family's collection and tasteful Italian cloths. At the same time all rooms and suites offer modern comfort, like cable TV, a direct dial telephone, Internet connection, minibar and safe.

Our big newly renovated bathrooms with separate toilets are equipped with bidet, hairdryer, exclusive toiletries and a bathrobe. Moreover, you can make use of a whirl bath tube and separate shower cabin in some of the suites and the double rooms of the "superior" category. -

Restaurants:

The Gourmet Restaurant 
Our kitchen is one of the best in the country and has won many prizes (2 Toque in Gault Millau). The style is strongly oriented on classic Austrian cuisine with slight Mediterranean and Asian touches. The products we use come only from the region or are grown organically in our own garden. The restaurant is open from 7 o'clock in the evenings. At lunch time we offer our guests a small selections of what the chef advises. 

Terrace and garden 
Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or a romantic candle-light dinner on our spacious garden terrace with an unforgettable view of the little town and surrounding mountains. 

The hotel bar 
Our tastefully furnished hall and our tower bar offer a nice place for an afternoon tea or coffee. We would also like to treat you to an aperitif before your meal or to a night cap with piano music before you retire. 

Restaurant Römerhof 
Our Restaurant Römerhof (60 m across the street) is famous for its hearty Austrian and Tyrolean dishes, offering the ideal opportunity to get to know the typical local specialties.
