Summer in Igls

Mountain hiking programme.
Make new friends the alpine way.
A special service in Igls is our hiking programme. From Monday to Friday (June to September), hikers assemble at 9.00 in front of the Igls Tourist Office, and then, is small groups led by a qualified guide, set off to conquer the nearby peaks. Sometimes the hike involves a bus ride; the bus and the guide are free with the Igls Guest Card. Igls guests are, of course, very welcome to participate in the Innsbruck mountain hiking programme as well. Detailed information available from the Igls Tourist Office.

Cucoolo family package.
In June and August, the purchase of the CuCOOLo Card entitles all children and youngsters (aged 4-13) to have a great time. The programme covers care of children and youngsters at the CuCOOLo Club, plus a ticket for the Patscherkofel cable car, mini golf, Lanser See, Igls driving range, use of tennis courts, 1 visit to the Alpenzoo and to the Swarovski Kristallwelten as well as one children's and youngsters' party every week.

Kurpark.
A touch of nostalgie.
An easy 5-minute walk, the beautiful landscaped Igls Kurpark overlooks the village. Well-manicured lawns, a small pond, inviting park benches and plenty of secluded retreats.

Olympic fun.
Summer bobsleighing for visitors.
You can now race down the Olympic bobsleigh run in summer in the experienced hands of trained pilots. Experience this exciting run through the famous labyrinth at over 100 km/h our pilots will take you safely to the finishing line in special bobsleighs. Run time: approx. 1 minute. Afterwards, you can get your breath back in the Bobcafé and share this incredible experience with your friends. Information available for the Igls Tourist Office.
