Chalet Heidi sleeps up to 27 guests in
12 bedrooms and one luxury self catering apartment. The
chalet is very spacious with a large dining room and bar,
heated ski/boot room and fitness room. Outside is a large
patio where breakfast can be taken in summer. All rooms are
en-suite with balcony, TV (satellite), CD clock radio and
hair dryer.
Situated on the edge of Scheffau, yet
only 3 minutes from the centre, the chalet offers a unique
mix of tranquillity and convenience. Guests can ski almost
from the chalet door to the main gondolas, where they have
preferential access to the lift. In the summer, Scheffau is
in the centre of an amazing action packed summer resort,
offering a wide range of mountain activities, cultural
experiences, and sightseeing opportunities.
In the ski season, guests have the use of a large lounge
with wooden burning stove, leather settees and chairs and
background music. Tea and cakes are served in the lounge
between 4.30 and 5.30, with tea and coffee making facilities
available in the guests' kitchen. The lounge is available
all day for non skiers, bad weather days and those simply
too tired to keep skiing!
A sauna is also planned for Winter 2007/8.
For those with the energy, a games room is available with
table tennis, table football, darts, and a Play Station.
Guests are welcome to bring their own PS2 games. Off the
games room is a television room with a large screen
television and DVD player.
Also available is a fitness room with a range of equipment
including a cross trainer and weight training bench.
