The pub "Heimgartl" was built in the 19th
century and from then on has been known for its friendly and cosy
atmosphere by its numerous guests. Since today the hotel "Heimgartl"
has lost nothing of its originally charm and has kept its
traditions. It is perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains
and so the guests are invited to make long walks towards the
Weiherburg, an old castle, or to the Alpenzoo, a zoo with all the
animals that you can find in the woods and mountains of the Tyrol.
And for people that don like walking that much it provides a
marvellous view as well to the mountains as to the near centre of
Innsbruck. Within a ten minute walk you can reach the historical
centre of Innsbruck. It provides its visitors dozens of restaurants,
pubs, clubs and discos so that you will certainly have a good time
if you intend to go out in the evenings.
